Q. What are the days/hours that The Park is open?
A. The Park is open:
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 9AM - 12PM
Tuesday/Thursday Nights: 5:30PM - 7:30PM
Saturdays: 12PM - 5PM
Q. Can I go up into the structure with my child?
A. You can go into the structure to retrieve your child only if you need to, but it isn't designed and available for adults to play in it with their children.
Q. What are the ages for the BIG structure?
A. The ages are 12 and under. We ask that your child is potty trained before playing on the big structure. We have a toddler area for children 4 and under. If you do not feel comfortable leaving your child alone on the big play structure, we recommend that they play in the toddler area.
Q. Can I reserve The Park for a birthday party or event?
A. You can reserve our event room for a 2 hour block during our regular open hours. The event room will be available for just your event, however the Park will be open to other guests during your event. To reserve the event room, please email Georgia Bateson at email@example.com.
Q. Can I have a birthday party in the Park lobby area?
A. No. Birthday parties are only permitted in the Event Room on a reservation basis.
Q. Can I bring food or snacks to The Park?
A. You are welcome to bring food & snacks into the Park Lobby area. We have several tables where you can sit to eat or drink. Food & drink is not permitted into The Park area. We also have vending machines with gatorade, juices, water, teas available for purchase in our lobby.
Q. Can I bring a group of kids to The Park?
A. Groups up to 10 kids or less need to be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. If your group has more than 10 kids, you will need 1 adult (18 years of age or older) for every 10 kids in your group.
Q. Can I workout in the gym or fitness room on the other side of the building while my child is in The Park?
A. No, you must remain with your child at all times. We do have a mezzanine level for adults with treadmills and ellipticals that we invite you to use while your child is playing. We ask that you do not wear headphones while using the equipment so you can actively listen for when your child needs your attention.
Q. Ho do you keep the play equipment clean?
A. We have a daily cleaning routine as well as a weekly "deep" clean. We use only "green" & kid-safe disinfecting chemicals on the structure.
Q. How do you keep The Park safe?
A. Watching the children is definitely the parents/guardians responsibility. However, our volunteers are there to monitor the safety as well. We use camera surveillance as well as software to keep track of the capacity. If you see something that is potentially unsafe, please alert our volunteer staff ASAP.
