Move Challenge

Sign up here to be part of the Move Challenge. It's time to Move so you can be all that God wants you to be. Don't allow lack of fitness hold you back from your redeemed potential. You could get fit on your own or you can join the Move Challenge and get fit in community!

The Move Challenge will last 8 weeks. You will need to weigh in the week of January 15-January18 at GCC and register here. You will also then weigh in at the mid-way point and once, again, at the end of the 8 weeks. The goal is to be fit and healthy--not to compare your weight loss to anyone else's. However, we will give away some prizes to the winners of 4 categories: Female most pounds lost, Female highest body fat percentage lost, Male most pounds lost, and Male highest body fat percentage lost. To add some fun to the challenge, we will give a $100 Gift Card to Dick's Sporting Goods to each winner to be able to purchase a new pair of walking/running shoes to help them keep up their fitness plan! Each winner will also win a "Move Challenge" t-shirt.

To be part of the Move Challenge, you must: 1) register here on-line, and 2) come to GCC to officially get weighed in. You can weigh-in Monday, January 15, 10am-Noon or 6-8pm; Wednesday, January 17, 6-8pm only; or Thursday, January 18, 10am-Noon or 6-8pm. Come to the kitchen in the North Foyer to weigh in.
